Anti-Cramp tea Mix

Ingredients: mugwort, strong back root powder, homegrown peppermint, chaga powder
 
Recomendations:
- drink 16oz of hot tea when or before experiencing mentraul cramps
- also recomended to lay in childs pose and do deep belly breaths
- happy baby pose can also help alleviate cramps; feel free to roll around on your tail bone here :)
- get plenty of water in, rest as much as possible, avoid processed foods, avoid heavier foods if possible, go for fruits and juices and teas as much as you can during this sacred time :) love you!
