INVESTORS
- physical royalties include organic harvests, property share...
- royalty type(s) depend on investment amount
- K organic harvest share (whatever is ready to harvest is to be split between all farmers and investors)
- K access to property (other bills may occur and need to be split: well water, electric if need be, and property tax. That's it)
 
WORK STAYS
- work on the land in exchange for water and electric use
- there may or may not be a shelter ready to stay in, so prepare for camp style atm
