Natural Tooth Brush used for over 7,000 years by the Muslim culture. Some even say it dates back to ancient egyptian times
 
Instructions for use:
- chew bark off to desired tooth brush size
- spit the bark outside to compost :)
- chew on the white center of the stick until bristles form and then just brush like any other tooth brush
- after, you canjust clip off the part you used and chew off new bark before you use next
- Each stick has about 20 used (I would say. Everyone has a diff tooth brush size, so it might vary a little bit)
