*color varies from light to dark purple depending on the batch / season
*the most notable difference between white and purple sea moss is the iodione content (purple containing more) which is why eye prefer the purple. Great for people with anemia (eye used to have anemic tendancies before eye started consuming Irish Sea Moss :) or Iron deficient conditions
