Garden Therapy
Connecting with Mother Nature is one of the most healing, and overlooked healing techniques I can think of. Just getting your bare feet out into some dirt/ sand, and really moving your toes around, getting naked in the sun and taking a full sun bath; getting your genitals sun light, the bottoms of your feet, whatever feels like it needs sun :)

Being positive does not mean ignoring the negative. Being positive means, even on your worst days, you innerstand there are better days to come. You know both bad and good days are inevitable. It takes a very mentally strong person to think about the positive to come, especially when in a negative satiation / circumstance / environment... I'm making this to lift peoples spirits! There is so much negativity that I have personally lived through. There is so much negativity that I see on a day to day basis. This is the change! I am helping to create a new world. A world were people of all walks of life are welcome and loved and supported by one another. A world where we can live in peace instead of suffering. It is not impossible.. I will say, I believe we have a long way to go as a collective (as far as us ALL getting to this place of peace consciousness) BUT! It is not impossible. If it can be thought, it can be done. If there is a will, there is a way! Much love sent from my heart to yours :)
Yoga
Yoga is the practice of mind, body awareness. Through diff breathing techniques and various movements / poses, in a meditative state, we can reach enlightenment.. an end to our suffering.
