Almond Flour Cookies

Ingredients:

- Almond Flour

- Local Raw Mesquite Honey*

- Flax

- Salt

- Baking Powder

- H2O (as needed)


Guide:

- blend ingredients together

- shape cookies on an oiled cooking tray

- cook for 10-15min at 375 degrees

- top with "Vanilla Coconut Sugar Glaze"


Apple Beet Power Crumbles

Ingredients:

- Apple, juicer scraps

- Beet, juicer scraps


Guide:

- mix and press into slightly oiled glass pan (eye like to use coconut oil



Apple Bites*

Ingredients:

- Apples (golden delicious are my favorite for this snack :) // (eye believe the yellow apples in the picture are called autumn gold apples)

- Almond Butter

- Local Raw Mesquite Honey*

- Chia Seeds

- Hemp Seeds

*optional*

- lion's mane, chaga, ashwagandha, reishi.. (you can infuse into your almond honey butter for added nutrients.) // (Bonus tip: look into each of their diff properties. See how you want to feel and choose the material that has those desired effects on the body :)


Directions:

- Chop your apples into slices

- Mix almond butter and honey together (and add your extra nutrients in you want :) or use your #gsfarmersmarkethealth "Almond Honey Whip"

- Top with chia and hemp seeds

- In-Joy!



Avocado & Grapefruit Platter

*first of all, this sounds wild but it's so good! trust. Second, this is not only a great way to get your fats in from a natural source that won't stick on your body like processed fats and! give you lots of energy throughout the day, it also reduces high blood pressure = grapefruit, and just great for your overall heart health :)


Main Ingredients:

- 2 avocados

- 2 grapefruits

- lettuce

Vinaigrette Ingredients:

- 1/2 shallot (minced)

- 1.5tsp oregano

- 3tbs lime* juice

- 1/2 cup olive oil

- 1tsp honey / maple syrup / date paste / natural sweetener

- 1/4tsp salt


Directions:

- slice your avocados and grapefruits and layer them on pieces of lettuce on a long dish / plate (lettuce should be on bottom and your avocados and grapefruits should be alternating on top: pink, green, pink, green..)

- mix vinaigrette ingredients thoroughly and pour on top of your masterpiece!

- in-joy!



Balsamic Bell Pepper Dip

Ingredients:

- chopped bell pepper

- chopped purple onion

- jalapenos (optional)

- balsamic vinegar

- coco aminos

- olive oil


Directions:

- add all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly

- plate on a flat dish so each scoop you get some of the juice at the bottom

- in-joy!



Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

- brussels sprouts

- avocado oil (or any oil you want to use :)

- balsamic vinegar

- garlic (minced) or purple society garlic*

- local raw mesquite honey*

- salt


Directions:

- add your oil and garlic to a pot / pan and simmer on high until garlic starts to cook

- turn down to medium heat and add in your brussles, balsamic vinegar, and salt

- keep a lid on top and stir every 5-10min

- cook to desired texture and then top with honey

- dish it up! and in-joy!



Butter

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup cashew milk*

- 2tbs apple cider vinegar

- 1tsp Himalayan sea salt

- 1 cup coconut oil

- 2tbs olive oil

- 2tbs avocado oil

- 2tbs (nutritional yeast. personally eye don't use, but a lot of people love to add this)


Directions:

- mix first 3 ingredients (cashew milk, apple cider vinegar, sea salt) and let curdle for 10min

- add mixture to blender with all other ingredients and blend on high for 1-2min

- pour into mold(s) and refrigerate (may favorite is to store in on mold, like you buy butter at the store instead of using an ice cube tray :)

- in-joy!



Carrot Soup

Ingredients:

- juice scrap or fresh cut carrots

- coconut milk

- alkaline+ H2O*

- turmeric*

- rosemary*

- black pepper

- salt

Optional:

- cinnamon*

- bread rolls / baguettes

- local raw mesquite honey* (drizzle on top or mix into soup :)


Directions:

- put carrots in pot with coconut milk and water (just enough to cover the carrots, you can add water as you go if it's too thick :) and bring to a boil

- add all your spices (you can add more later of you want :)

- once the carrots are soft - transfer to a blender and blend until smooth

- pour back into your pot and leave on low heat while you taste test and see what else it needs. While you do this, you can add your bread rolls / baguettes to the oven at 200 degrees to get them warm.

- dish it up! and in-joy!



Chipotle Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients:

- garbanzo beans

- olive oil

- cilantro

- tahini

- lemon juice

- chipotle in adobo (completely ripe jalapenos that are smoked and dried with spices. You can use fresh chipotle in adobo or you can easily find it's powdered form)

- garlic or purple society garlic*

- Himalayan sea salt


Directions:

- blend all ingredients in a food processor, stone ground by hand, or use an emulsifier and mix until creamy

- in-joy!



Chocolate

Ingredients:

- 1 cup (200g) finely chopped cocoa butter

- 3 to 5tbs maple syrup, coconut nectar, honey, date paste / natural sweetener

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

*optional*

- vanilla bean pod*

- salt

- nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews*, pine nuts, walnuts...)

- cocoa nibs

- extra nutrients (ashwagandha*, turmeric*, lions mane*, red reishi*, chaga*...)


Directions:

- melt cocoa butter & mix in cocoa powder (after fully incorporated = turn off heat)

- then mix in your natural sweetener (my personal favorite is honey, but maple is a close second for me)

- pour into molds and let harden in the fridge for at least 15min

- In-Joy!



Chocolate Banana Smoothie

*recipe inspired by Chef Shannon M

Ingredients:

(2-3) frozen bananas

(1cup) Ice

(2-3tbs) Flax Seeds

(1cup or more) Chocolate Cashew Coconut Pudding* (recipe below :)


Directions:

- blend all ingredients until smooth

- In-joy!











Chocolate Cashew Coconut Pudding

Ingredients:

- dried unsweetened coconut

- cocoa powder

- soaked cashews*

- alkaline+ H2O (as desired)

*optional*

- lion's mane*

- maca*

- honey*

- goji berries


Directions:

- Blend until smooth

- In-joy!



Cocoa Maca Cappuccino

Ingredients:

- 2 cups hot H2O

- 2tbs cocoa powder*

- 1tbs maca powder*

- 2tbs honey* /maple syrup / coconut nectar*..

- 1/2 to 1tsp cinnamon*


Optional:

- 1/4 cup cashews*

- coconut butter


Directions:

- blend to desired consistency





Chocolate Vanilla Bean Cashew Milk

Ingredients:

(3/4 cup) Cashews*

(64oz) Alkaline+ H2O*

(1/2 cup) Cocoa Powder*

(1/4cup) Local Raw Mesquite Honey*

(1/2) Vanilla Bean Pod*

(1tsp) Salt*


Directions:

- soak cashews in water for 2-4hours

- blend cashews in 64oz of H20

- strain using a nut milk bag, tea strainer, or a nut milk machine

- blend cashew milk with cocoa, honey, vanilla bean and salt

- optional: strain again for extra smooth beverage

- store in the fridge for up to 8 days

- in-joy!









Date Bread

Ingredients:

- 2 cups flour*

- 1tbs baking soda

- 1-2 cups date paste* (depends on preference, eye personally go kinda heavy on the date paste :)

- Alkaline+ H2O*

-Coconut Sugar* (optional)


Directions:

- mix flour and baking soda thoroughly

- add date paste, and water and mix until you get a nice creamy consistency (not gloopy and not runny)

-(optional) top with coconut sugar

- bake at 350 degrees for 44-55min (poke deep into center of the bread to check if it's finished. Nothing should stick to your poker)

- top with peanut butter and raw honey



Date Paste*

*this is a great cane sugar alternative for anyone doing the switch from processed to natural sugars :)


Ingredients:

- dates*

- Alkaline+ H2O*


Directions:

- add dates to blender and cover with water

- blend and add water till desired consistency

- in-joy!



Gentry's Udon Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients:

- Japanese Udon noodles

- alkaline+ H2O*

- Avocado and / or Olive Oil

- Himalayan sea salt*

- garlic or purple society garlic*

- bell pepper (eye like orange for this dish :)

- serrano peppers

- white onion

- soy sauce

- coco aminos

- honey*

Optional:

-sesame seeds*

-fresh green onions


Directions:

- bring pot of alkaline+ H2O to boil and add Udon noodles, salt, and avocado oil

- in separate pan, sauté garlic, white onion, bell pepper, and serrano peppers with olive oil

- once noodles are cooked and veggies are sautéed, strain noodles and add to sauté pan to soak up all the flavors.

- Mix noodles and veggies with soy sauce, coco aminos, and honey

*top with sesame seed and green onion

- In-Joy!



Honey Cinnamon Yams

Ingredients:

- H2O

- Yams (skinned and cubed)

- Himalayan Salt

- Coconut Oil*

- Cinnamon*

- Honey*


Directions:

- bring a pot of water to a boil and add salt, coconut oil and cubed yams

- boil till yams till desired texture and strain out hot water

- top with honey and cinnamon

- in-joy!




Oat Flour Pancakes

Ingredients:

- Oat Flour*

- Honey*

- Alkaline+ H2O* (as desired)

- Baking Powder

- Salt*


Directions:

- Mix dry ingredients together first

- add wet ingredients and mix well

- cook on medium heat with oil (eye love to use coconut or avocado oil for this recipe) for a couple min each side (until thoroughly cooked)

- optional: top with razzyrup, berry compote, honey, maple syrup, chia seeds.. or anything else you want :)

- in-joy!



Miso Soup

Ingredients:

- 3 to 4 cups vegetable broth

- 4tbs miso paste

- soy sauce

- fresh ginger slices (can use dried or powdered ginger if you want, but fresh is always the best :)

- 1tbs (or more if you want) wakame sea weed

- sliced mushrooms

- scallions

- 200g Udon noodles


Directions:

- bring vegetable broth to boil. Add water if you need (just eye ball how much noodles and veggies you have in front of you :)

- as water is coming to a boil you can mix in your miso paste and bit of soy sauce

- add noodles to boiling water along with the mushrooms and ginger

- once everything is cooked thoroughly, plate it up!

- add more soy sauce if you want and top with scallions

- in-joy!



Oat Bawlz "Yin Yangs"

Yin Ingredients:

- Oats or Oat Flour*

- Date Paste*

- Hemp Seeds

- Cashews*, ground

- Sesame Seeds*

- Lion's Mane Powder*

Yang Ingredients:

- Oats or Oat Flour*

- Date Paste*

- Cocoa Powder*

- Chaga Powder*

- Chia Seeds


Directions:

- mix ingredients in separate bowls (eye personally like to hand grind the cashews with mortar and pestle)

- roll into bawlz

- in-joy!



"Razzyrup" (Raspberry Syrup)

Ingredients:

- Raspberries

- Honey*

- Chia Seeds


Directions:

- blend until desired consistency

- in-joy!



Root Chakra Smoothie

Ingredients:

- Frozen Strawberry

- Frozen Mango

- Cashew Milk*

- Beet Juice*


Optional:

- lions mane mushroom powder (for memory and brain health) #gsfarmersmarkethealth

- any other things you want to add in :)


Directions:

- Blend to desired consistency

- in-joy!



Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients:

- 8 tomatillos

- 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped white onions

- 2 cloves of garlic (or more :) or purple society garlic #gsfarmersmarkethealth

- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (stems and leaves :)

- 1/3 cup jalapenos or serrano peppers

- Himalayan sea salt (to taste)


Directions:

- place tomatillos (you can cut em if you want) on a large pan and place in the oven on broil until just the tops turn black (this means they are properly roasted for the salsa / correct flavor profile :)

- dump into a blender with all of your other ingredients and blend until smooth

- let cool and pour into mason jars for storage (you can put some in the fridge and some in the freezer, depending on how much you make / how fast you go through salsa :)
