eye no longer sell fresh sleepy time teas out the shop because eye would rather people buy the whole herb jar and make at home to avoid any potential accidents =you should be in a safe space to rest when drinking these teas (sleep aid tea, skullcap, ceremonial grade lavender, chamomile... can all be found in the apothecary section)
 
feel free to mix and match! they usually add up to around $8 when mixed, before adding sweeteners. One of my favorites is jasmine rose
